Who We Are
Burleson Foundation Co is a foundation repair company focused on the homes and soil conditions of Burleson, TX and the surrounding communities. What to Expect When You Call
The process usually starts with a foundation inspection. We look at the whole picture: elevation differences across the floor, the pattern and location of cracks, how doors and windows are behaving, and how water moves around the outside of the house. In clay country, drainage and slope tell us as much as the cracks do.
From there we explain what we found in plain language and lay out the options. That might mean drainage correction to reduce future movement, pier and beam leveling to reset sagging floors, or slab stabilization where a concrete foundation has settled. You will get a written estimate that reflects the number of support points, access conditions, and foundation type — not a one-size-fits-all number.
We do not use pressure tactics or push repairs a home does not need. A foundation that is stable and only cracking cosmetically is a very different situation from one that is actively dropping, and we will tell you which one you have.
