Privacy & call recording
How Burleson Foundation Co handles calls, call recordings, and the information you share when you contact us.
Calls may be recorded
Calls placed to the phone number on this site are routed through a call-handling service and may be recorded for quality and record-keeping. If you would prefer not to be recorded, say so at the start of the call, or contact us by email instead.
What we collect
- The phone number you call from, and the date, time, and length of the call.
- Any recording or voicemail message left on the line.
- Details you choose to share about the work you need, such as your address.
How it is used
Information from a call is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange work, and keep a record of the request. It is not sold. It may be shared with the contractor assigned to carry out the work you asked about.
Retention
Call records and recordings are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Contacting us about your information
To ask what information is held about you, or to request its deletion, contact us by phone using the details on the contact page.
